1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wealth Insight website, member accounts, articles, newsletters, video courses and any other features or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are owned and operated by Huge Prospect Inc Limited (“Wealth Insight”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase a membership subscription on your own. If you are under 18, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for your use and payment arrangements. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Accounts and security

Certain content is available only to registered, paid or specifically authorised course members. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete and current registration information;
  • keep your password and sign-in details secure and not permit another person to use your account;
  • not sell, transfer, rent or share your account, subscription or course access; and
  • notify us promptly if you discover unauthorised use, a data breach or another security issue.

Unless caused by our failure to take reasonable security measures, you are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may require identity re-verification or a password reset, or suspend an account where we reasonably suspect theft, sharing, misuse or a threat to system security.

4. Services and availability

The Services may include free or paid articles, market news, analysis, newsletters, member areas, video courses and other digital content. The content, access rights, price and duration of each plan are those shown on the plan and checkout pages when you purchase.

We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network failures, security events or third-party service issues may cause delays or interruptions. We may suspend or adjust features for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons and will, where reasonably practicable, give advance notice of material changes affecting members.

5. Financial content and investment risk

All news, data, commentary, research, scenario analysis and courses are provided for general information and education only. They are not investment advice, personalised recommendations, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product.

The Services do not take account of your investment objectives, financial circumstances, needs or risk tolerance. Financial markets and digital assets can be highly volatile, and you may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Forecasts, target prices, scenarios and forward-looking statements depend on information and assumptions available when published; actual outcomes may differ materially.

Artificial intelligence may assist in collecting, organising, translating, analysing or drafting some content. Such content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Although we use reasonable editorial and verification processes, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, timely or suitable for your purposes. Verify important information independently and consult a licensed or suitably qualified professional before making an investment or financial decision.

Decisions and transactions based on the Services are made at your own risk. Reading or using the Services does not make us your investment adviser, broker, fiduciary or agent.

6. Membership subscriptions, charges and renewal

6.1 Pricing and payment

The price, currency, billing interval (for example every 3, 6 or 12 months), benefits, promotions and conditions are those displayed on the plan and Stripe checkout pages before you confirm payment. Stripe processes payments. We do not store your complete payment card number or security code in our website database.

6.2 Automatic renewal

Unless checkout clearly identifies a one-off purchase, a paid membership is a continuing subscription. At the end of each billing interval, it renews automatically at the then-applicable price using the payment method held by Stripe until cancelled. If a trial or promotion converts to a paid subscription, its duration and subsequent charge will be shown at checkout.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel through the member account or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until that date and no further renewal is charged. Deleting an app, ceasing to sign in, cancelling a card or not using the Services does not cancel a subscription.

6.4 Refunds

Unless checkout states otherwise, we agree otherwise in writing, or applicable law requires it, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for non-use, downgrades or early cancellation. If we permanently discontinue a principal paid service during a paid period without a reasonable substitute, we will consider a reasonable refund for the unprovided period. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6.5 Changes to plans or prices

We may adjust plans, benefits or future charges. Where a price or material benefit change affects an existing subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable. A new price will normally apply from the next renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect if you do not agree.

7. Courses and video use

Course access and article membership may be separate services. A membership does not necessarily include a course, and cancelling membership does not necessarily end a separately authorised course that remains within its access period. The scope and expiry of course access are those shown in your account or written notice from us.

Courses are licensed to the authorised member for personal, non-commercial use only. To protect content and prevent account sharing:

  • only one device may stream a course from the same account at a time;
  • videos may display your registered email and the time as a traceable watermark;
  • we may record device identifiers, IP address, browser information, playback times and blocked concurrent attempts; and
  • you must not record, download, capture, retransmit, publicly perform, share, resell or bypass access controls.

If we reasonably suspect account sharing or unauthorised distribution, we may suspend playback or account access while investigating. Unless urgent action is needed for security or to prevent harm, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to respond.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
  • access another account, server, dataset, administration area or restricted content without authorisation;
  • interfere with the Services, distribute malware, launch denial-of-service attacks or evade security, payment or technical controls;
  • use crawlers or automated tools to extract content at scale, build datasets, train models or reproduce the Services without written permission;
  • remove copyright, trade mark, watermark, attribution or other rights notices; or
  • impersonate another person, provide a false identity or use the Services for unauthorised commercial activity.

9. Intellectual property

Copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in the Services—including articles, layouts, images, charts, videos, courses, branding, data selection and software—belong to us, our authors, suppliers or the relevant rights holders.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to read or view authorised content for personal, non-commercial use during the applicable access period. Unless expressly permitted by law or the rights holder in writing, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, sell, license, publicly display, transmit, create derivative works from or commercially exploit the content.

10. Third-party content, links and services

The Services may refer to third-party material, embed YouTube videos, link to external websites or rely on providers such as Stripe, email services and cloud hosts. Those parties have independent terms and privacy policies. We do not control or endorse all third-party content and make no promise about its availability, accuracy, security or practices.

If third-party advertising, promotions or partner content appear on the website, communications, transactions and disputes between you and that third party are generally matters between you and them. We do not become a party to a transaction merely by showing an advertisement or link. This does not exclude liability we may have for our own statements or conduct or under applicable law.

11. Suspension, termination and account closure

You may ask us to close your account. Closing an account does not cancel payment obligations already incurred; cancel any continuing subscription under section 6.3 first.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or content access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, fail to pay charges due, are suspected of fraud or infringement, or create a real risk to other users, us or our systems. Unless immediate action is required by law, for security or to prevent harm, we will where reasonably practicable explain the reason and give an opportunity to remedy the issue.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranty not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, data or investment arising from use of or inability to use the Services. For direct liability that may lawfully be limited but not excluded, our total liability for an event is limited to the fees you actually paid for the relevant Services during the 12 months before that event.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for our fraud or wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Indemnity

If your deliberate or negligent material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or unlawful use directly causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to indemnify us for reasonably incurred and proven losses, liabilities and costs. You are not required to indemnify us to the extent the matter was caused by our own fault.

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, widespread network or communications failure, major supplier outages, cyberattacks, government action or changes in law or regulation. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and restore service. This section does not affect statutory rights relating to paid Services that are ultimately not supplied.

15. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which explains the data we collect, its purposes, classes of transferees, retention, cookies, cross-border processing and how to request access or correction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security or operations. The updated version and revision date will be published on the website. If a change materially affects existing paid members, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel future renewals.

17. General

If part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganisation or sale of business or assets, provided your rights are not unreasonably reduced.

If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and we will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute. If it cannot be resolved, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, without preventing proceedings in another court of competent jurisdiction where applicable law permits.
